Worship @ St. Philip's

SUNDAYS

10:15am - 11:30am

(In person and on-line)

This is a key point in our week when we come together as a community to worship.

We have Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.  Our services are informal and as we all worship together, we make sure that we have activities for children to keep little hands and minds busy during the sermon.

On the first Sunday of the month we try and make sure that our services have a more all age feel.

MIDWEEK HOLY COMMUNION

Our said Communion service is a quiet and contemplative service using the Church of England's words for Holy Communion. It is a shorter act of worship as there are no hymns or worship songs and a short reflection on the reading rather than a sermon, providing more space for reflection and prayer.

2nd October, 27th November 2024 and 1st January 2025]

A time of quietness,a time of emptying out all the tensions and concerns of the past day and shifting the focus of our attention back to God.

FAMILY FUNTIME

2nd Sunday of the Month from 4pm to 5:30pm.

Family funtime is an opportunity for the all ages to explore together a bit more about the God who loves us.  It's filled with crafts, activities and

games to play together. It's totally free and includes tea together at the end.

[Children need to be accompanied by an adult and adults need to bring a child!]
